Materials Store Online is committed to making building materials easy to buy for everyone, including people using assistive technology.

This statement applies to materialsstoreonline.com. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

What we do to support accessibility

Semantic HTML with a single, descriptive H1 on every page.
Descriptive alternative text on product and content images.
Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, search and checkout.
Visible focus states and touch targets sized for mobile use.
Colour contrast checked against WCAG 2.2 AA minimums.
Labelled form fields with clear, text-based error messages.
Breadcrumbs and consistent page structure for orientation.

Known limitations

Some third-party content — such as embedded checkout, mapping and analytics tools — is outside our direct control. Where we find an accessibility barrier in a third-party component we raise it with the supplier and provide an alternative route (phone or email ordering) in the meantime.
